St. Stanislaus Church

An overcast but mild day at TT Medina Lake today.  We started off our day with a trail run around the preserve, with some stops along the way for a little resistance training with our surgical rubber bands.  A little cooler without the sunshine we have been seeing, but still a nice day for a good morning workout.
St. Stanislaus Church
After lunch, we took a drive into Bandera, TX which we had passed through on our way into TT Medina Lake from I-10. Oddly, the town didn’t look as busy as it had during the week.  We found this old catholic church in Bandera and just had to go inside for a photograph.  There was a museum too but it was closed unfortunately.  This is an HDR composite of three separate photos all taken using a tripod.  I was hoping to get better detail in the stained glass windows but they still seem a little over exposed.  I think I could have gone a little wider on the EV setting, -3 to +3 perhaps.  I’ll know better next time.  The shadows opened up nicely though.  St Stanislaus is the second oldest Polish church in the USA.
