iPhone 4 Pics

Went for another bike ride this morning.  Chris worked last night and needed some sleep so I thought it best to make myself scarce until noon or so.  70 km in total along the Ottawa River and then out the east and south ends of Ottawa with a pit stop at Cafe Delice in Navan.  A bit foggy to start along the river but the fog lifted once I got out towards Orleans.  Of course I had to stop and take a few photos along the way as well.

This first shot was taken and edited in Camera+, an iPhone app that sells for $1.99 in iTunes Store.  It think it is a little more robust than the camera included on the iPhone 4.  It allows editing in camera and also has the ability of sending photos to Flickr, Twitter, Facebook or via email.  Pretty cool really.
The second shot was taken with the built in camera app and no I wasn’t cycling while taking this shot.  Note the speedometer reads “0 kph”.  Both photos were imported from my iPhone into Lightroom 3 and downsized slightly before posting here.
I still haven’t decided on whether or not to add a data plan to my phone.  Right now I am pretty satisfied with my Telus 200 min/month, no contract plan because I can put a vacation stop on it when we head south in October.  There seems to be plenty of free wifi available in Ottawa too.  Wifi at Starbucks is now free by the way.
