Well the bottom has certainly dropped out of the thermometer in this part of Ontario over the last 2-3 days.  It’s been very windy and wet with over night temps down as far as 6C.  It would seem we moved Phaeton Place into Green Acres just in time.  We have a nice pull through spot with 30 amp power which helps with the heater at night.  Temps should warm up by mid week hopefully.  Teddy has lots of space to run around and loves chasing after the rabbits in the campground.  He never catches them of course because he is always on a leash but we can certainly see the wheels turning whenever a rabbit crosses his path.  There are several other schnauzers in the park too and they are all getting along very well.  The park has quite a few seasonal spots containing some nice park model homes.  Most of the seasonal residents are in the process of closing things up and winterizing as the park will close on Oct 15th.

We went for a nice walk on the beach of Lake Huron in Kincardine this afternoon.  Despite the strong wind, we had a blast and Teddy enjoyed having a chance to explore.  I’ve always liked the lighthouse in Kincardine and managed to take a couple of HDR shots today.  As always, clicking on either of the shots should show an enlarged version for easier viewing.
