Our last night in the Outback trailer at the Tiffin Motorhomes service center campground and we are thankful for that. Think we prefer the spacious confines of Phaeton Place. Just can’t get used to sleeping with a propane furnace cutting in and out all night long. Seems we woke every time the furnace kicked in last night…Teddy too for that matter. We were up early this morning and I popped in to Bay 16 to check on things. Kevin & Freda had things well in hand with everything put back together perfectly. They were just cleaning up. As an after thought, I had Kevin install a window awning over the front window in our passenger slide out. Brannon at Custom RV was going to do it but he was booked solid right through next week so we had the install done while Phaeton Place was still in Bay 16. We were back on our site before noon and spent the afternoon cleaning up the motorhome. The only thing I wound up paying for this trip was the awning installation. Tiffin covered the rest and also is sending me a check to cover my fuel costs from Florida to Red Bay and back. Way to go Tiffin Motorhomes! So we are on the road back to Florida in the morning. Planning to take a look around the Pensacola area for a few days before eventually going back to Thousand Trails in Orlando on Jan 26th.
Here’s another photo from my stay in Sebring back in Feb 2009. Sunrise over Lake Jackson. Just me, a beautiful sunrise on a calm piece of water with a few ducks floating in the foreground. I took this with my Canon 5D Mk II and 24-105 lens on tripod. Looking forward to some warmer weather once we get further south.
