After a very rainy Sunday, it was business as usual in Orlando today. It blew hard enough yesterday afternoon that I took down our awning sun shade as a precaution. It is anchored to the ground with four bungee cords but why bother taking any chances. Right? Sunny skies returned today with a light breeze and 84F. Not too hard to take. We took Teddy for a nice long walk around the whole park this morning after breakfast. I had my camera with me in hopes of spotting the sandhill crane babies but struck out again. I did manage to get a great shot of an eastern grey squirrel sitting in a tree munching away on his breakfast though.
I’m pretty excited about Tuesday. I’m off to Tampa in the morning to see Scott Kelby’s, Light It, Shoot It, Retouch It, Live! It’s a day long presentation at Tampa theatre by perhaps the best known author in North America of many digital photography books. Scott Kelby is also the man behind the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP). Everything you could ever want or need in relation to Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom 4 training. I’ve been a member of NAPP for a couple of years now and have learned a great deal from his books and online training. I’m really looking forward to seeing a live presentation and also having the chance to speak with our attendees. Should be a blast!
